Is Your Blog Ready for Bikini Season?

Is your blog ready for bikini season. Take a look at this keto PLR, paleo PLR, intermittent fasting PLR, and PLR weight loss journal to get into shape.April 1 is kind of a psychological threshold to spring.  It puts people in mind of summer and bikini season. Which means that a lot of folks are going back on the diets that they blew shortly after New Years.

IS YOUR BLOG READY FOR BIKINI SEASON?

Is your blog ready for them? If you have readers that are interested in weight loss, fitness, healthy eating or looking good, you’ll want lots of varied content that will help them reach their weight loss goals. That means

  • articles
  • short reports
  • e-books
  • recipes
  • planners
  • and more!

Your readers want actionable advice when it comes to staying on their diets and trimming down to their bikini bodies.

How will you ever come up with all that content? PLR, of course! (You knew I was going to say that, didn’t you?) Here’s a round-up of different high-quality PLR packs.  There’s keto PLR, paleo PLR, intermittent fasting PLR, and a PLR weight loss planner.

Take a look at them if you’re thinking of adding diet and weight-loss content to your blog.  Help your readers get ready for anticipation of bikini season.

KETO PLR

Basics of the Ketogenic Diet

For some good introductory content on the keto diet, try Piggy Makes Bank’s Basics of the Ketogenic Diet. Its 10 articles, 10 e-mails, and 10 social media posts start at the beginning (“What Is the Keto Diet?”) and include basic information on how the keto diet is good for your health, what you can eat on a keto diet, and what ketosis is. Piggy has already edited the articles into a short report for you to use as an opt-in.  Here’s my link: Basics of the Ketogenic Diet.

Keto FAQs

Jennifer Andersen at Health and Wellness PLR writes a lot of PLR on diets and healthy eating.  She has a few packs on the keto diet. Here are two in particular that I want to let you know about:

The Keto FAQs PLR Bundle has 20 articles that answer questions that your readers may have as they try to live on the keto diet. Article topics discuss low-carb fruits and vegetables, keto flu, how to increase fiber, and more. You also get 20 graphics and 20 social media posts.

What I like best about this pack, though, is the 7-day keto meal plan.  She even throws in a shopping list. That kind of content gives practical help you to your readers.  So what do you do with it?  Offer it as an opt-in to build your list.  Get more details here: Keto FAQs PLR Bundle

Keto PLR Triple Pack

The Keto PLR Triple Pack includes three short reports with e-covers. The topics are:

  • Essential Supplements While Following Keto
  • Healthy Fats While on Keto
  • How to Be Dairy-Free While on Keto

The reason that I like a pack like this is that you have all sorts of PLR-y choices with the content:

  • Use the reports as opt-ins,
  • Break them up into articles,
  • Take the info and make PowerPoints out of them and post them on slide-sharing sites,
  • Add an audio track to the PowerPoints and upload them to YouTube,
  • Edit the three reports together to make a larger e-book that you can use as a bonus to a paid product . . .

Do all of those things, or — always my favorite suggestion — do something that I haven’t thought of yet. Monetization hint: whatever you do with the Essential Supplements report, be sure to include an affiliate link for each of the supplements in the report. Get a closer look here: Keto PLR Triple Pack

Keto Recipes

Want to vary your content a bit? Try some recipes. In my humble opinion, lots of blogs should include recipes. It varies your content and gives a practical solution to problems in a lot of niches, including health and wellness, family blogs, and lifestyle blogs.

If you’re doing keto content with articles, opt-ins, and social media content, why not mix it up with some keto recipes? Trish at Kitchenbloggers.com has a couple of packs for you. Each one has eight recipes that she developed herself and at least 20 photos that she shot herself.

As well as posting each recipe as a blog post, I would take the recipes and photos, edit them into a lovely illustrated mini keto cookbook, and use it as an opt-in. Choose between Keto Recipes Volume 1 (garlic herb roasted chicken, loaded avocado baked eggs, keto pepperoni pizza, and more) and Keto Recipes Volume 2 (Keto Meatloaf Muffins, Keto Cauliflower Fried Rice, Keto Chocolate Mug Cake, and more). Can’t choose? Get them both.

PALEO DIET PLR

Basics of Paleo

Geoff and Susie at Master PLR have a wonderful pack on the basics of the paleo diet called, appropriately enough, Basics of the Paleo Diet. I love their PLR because they almost always include an infographic and you know how Pinterest loves an infographic. Besides the infographic, this pack includes 10 articles, 10 social posters, 10 tweets, and a short report compiled from the articles, with an e-cover and illustrations added. The articles cover what a beginner needs to know about the paleo diet.  Things like what the paleo diet is, facts about losing weight and burning fat, eating meat and legumes, and health benefits of paleo.  Read more about it here: Basics of the Paleo Diet.

Paleo for Spring

Conveniently for this time of year, Jenn at Health and Wellness PLR has a Paleo Spring Bundle. Help your readers lose weight by taking advantage of fresh produce and the new growing season. It’s got 15 articles, 15 social graphics, and a five-page report with an e-cover, Grow Your Own Paleo Food. The articles discuss the advantages of doing paleo in the spring, give tips for special spring-time occasions, and provide suggestions for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. Check it out here: Paleo Spring Bundle.

Paleo Recipes

And here are some recipes! Trish at Kitchen Bloggers has a set of mouth-watering paleo recipes that have some lovely extras — nine recipes (instead of the eight that’s the norm for Trish’s packs) and 35 photos (instead of the minimum 20). Paleo beef and mushroom chili, roasted apple and rosemary stuffed pork chops, even paleo chocolate-cherry brownies. Yum! Why wouldn’t you want to vary your content with these recipes?  Here’s my link: Paleo Recipes

INTERMITTENT FASTING PLR

If you could use an absolutely ginormous bundle on intermittent fasting, you should take a look at this Intermittent Fasting Mega Bundle from Tracy and Susanne at Piggy Makes Bank. It includes a full e-book, seven short reports, a total of 50 articles, 20 social media posts, and 10 affiliate product recommendations. It’s more than enough content to populate a blog devoted to the subject. Use the articles as blog posts, sell the e-book, use the short reports as opt-ins or bonuses, promote your blog with the social media posts, and take every advantage to promote the recommended affiliate products. You could run a challenge, create a membership site, turn the reports into videos and podcasts . . . in short, you could start a business in a new niche with all this content. I won’t list all of the content you get with this pack (you can get all the details on the sales page) but here are the titles of the e-book and the short reports:

  • The Practice and Benefits of Intermittent Fasting (e-book)
  • The Spiritual Benefits of Fasting (short report)
  • Intermittent Fasting Made Easy (short report)
  • Intermittent Fasting for Weight Loss (short report)
  • Combine Intermittent Fasting and Paleo (short report)
  • The Benefits of Consuming Coconut Oil in Your Fast (short report)
  • How Sugar and Wheat Make You Fat (short report)
  • Micronutrients to Power Up Your Intermittent Fast (short report)

Want to start an authority site on intermittent fasting?  Just take this pack and run with it. Get the low-down here: Intermittent Fasting Mega Bundle

WEIGHT LOSS PLANNER PLR

Want to share something with your readers that will help them focus on and track their weight loss goals? Here’s a weight loss planner that will help them plan meals and work-outs, track weight, exercise, and blood sugar, and do much more to support them. It’s from Sue at Createful Journals.

Now, maybe you’re smart enough to figure this out, but I didn’t understand how editing a PLR planner works until someone explained it to me. You get the files in PowerPoint so that you can edit them any way you want. Of course, it means that you have to have basic familiarity with PowerPoint but there are lots of free tutorials and videos online to help you if you need it. Once you have the planner edited the way you want it, you save it as a PDF. Then you sell or give away the PDF version. If you don’t, you’re giving away the editable version of the PLR file, which your license won’t permit.

But I digress. A weight loss planner is an excellent piece of content to offer your readers to complement your weight loss content. Sell it, give it away, or add it as a bonus to a free or paid product to enrich the value you are already offering. Or work it into a physical product to sell on Etsy. Goal-oriented people love planners.  They love to commit to their goals on paper and track their progress as they work toward them. And successful dieters are always goal-oriented, at least with respect to their weight loss! Grab it here: Weight Loss Planner.
