What’s the Truth about Protein for Weight Loss? [PLR Launch]

The diet world is crazy for protein.  Everyone you know is on the Paleo diet.  Protein shakes are as common as frappucinos.  There’s lots of focus on low carb and high protein.

But what’s the truth about protein for weight loss?

If you have a weight loss, fitness, diet, or wellness blog, you need to be publishing content about protein for weight loss.  And here’s a new and fabulous resource for you:  Ruth Pound’s new PLR package, The Truth About Protein for Weight Loss.

Ruth is an excellent PLR writer.  I belong to a couple of her monthly PLR membership clubs.  Unsurprisingly, this package lives up to her reputation.

The Front-End Package

The front-end includes an e-book and a couple of checklists — one that accompanies the e-book and a second on animal versus plant-based protein.  They come with editable covers in a variety of formats.

You also get social media content — pre-written tweets, a collection of social media images, and royalty-free images.  There is keyword research, too.

Here’s what the e-book covers:

* Introduction
* How Does Protein Help You Lose Weight?
* Is There Such a Thing as Too Much Protein?
* Can Protein Make You Fat?
* Making the Most of Your Workouts with Protein
* The Best Sources of Healthy Protein for Weight Loss
* Do Veggies and Fruit Have Any Protein?
* Are Protein Bars and Shakes Good for You?
* The Weight Loss Secret of Protein for Breakfast

I’d probably use the checklist on animal versus plant-based protein as a give-away.  Then I’d use the checklist on protein for weight loss as a bonus to the e-book.

And the social media images are tailor-made to share with links back to your sales page.

It’s on a dime sale, so you’ll want to jump on this.  And the launch ends on Saturday, July 1.  So you’ll definitely want to act before then.
