This Fitness Motivation PLR Helps Your Readers Keep Going

With this fitness motivation PLR, you can give your readers some real and actionable help to keep working on their fitness goals. Now here’s a common problem.  Someone will make fitness goals or make a fresh start in their life as a fit person.  It goes great for them for a couple of days, or a couple of weeks, or even a couple of months.  Then they’ll start to lose steam.  Their motivation wanes and their enthusiasm declines.  With this fitness motivation PLR, you can give your readers some real and actionable help to keep working on their fitness goals.

I love this topic.  You can find lots of PLR on fitness issues describing how to get and stay fit.  But this pack deals specifically with the motivation factor — a big factor in meeting any new goal or lifestyle change.

It straddles two niches, making it suitable for both fitness and motivation blogs.  It also works for anti-aging, health and wellness, and dieting sites.

Fitness Motivation PLR

This pack is from Jennifer Andersen at HealthandWellnessPLR.com .  It’s got a five-page, 4,000-word report with an e-cover and a couple of extras.

First, Jenn reformats the same content from the report into eight short articles.  You can use them as emails, short blog posts, or Facebook posts.  And you know that with PLR, you don’t have to choose one way to use it.  Use the report as a lead magnet or a bonus to another product and use the short articles however you like, too.

The second extra is a pack of 10 royalty-free images.  First, I would insert them into report to add some visual interest.  Then I would take one of the articles and add an image to make a post on my personal Facebook profile or on an appropriate Facebook page or group.  Do the same on Instagram.  Then keep doing that until you use up the articles.

The title of the report is Finding Your Fitness Motivation and here are the section titles:

1. Skip Your Workout Rules
2. Experiment with When You Like Working Out
3. Wear Your Activewear Everywhere
4. Take the Gradual Approach
5. Buy New Fitness Gear or Equipment
6. Buddy Up
7. Use the 5-Minute Rule
8. Think Outside the Gym
